- Biography: Stephen Theogood was brought into the world on a cold as tits day in the middle of an Ostian winter in a small cottage on the edge of a quaint little town that rested at the bottom of The Aubers. His parents quickly noted that he was much lankier than other children as Stephen aged, though where he lacked mass, he made up for in height and an unquenchable intellect. The boy practically learned to read before he could talk, and his parents were happy to supply for their only child, as long as he helped out in the household.
And help Stephen did - he was not one to shy away from labor. Infact, he embraced it. In his view, physical intellect went hand in hand with mental intellect. While, yes, poor Stephen did encounter bullying when he grew up, though that was quickly reigned in. After all, a small village meant few children, and he tended to become fast friends with them after the first time they beat the shit out of each other.
Around Stephen's sixteenth year on the planet, he began to pick up an interest in magic. Oh, how he longed to be one of the fire-flinging wizards of the books he read! To enchant women into loving him! To bring down bolts of lightning to smite his foes! Gods, how he wanted to learn to be one of them! But, he just couldn't figure out which School he wanted!
At the age of Seventeen, Stephen departed from his home with his parent's blessing, a decent sized coin purse, and a humble walking stick, intent on finding a way to accomplish the goal he so longed for. And, the poor lad wandered. And wandered. And wandered some more. He traveled through many a town, wood, and cave in search of something - anything - that could help him!
Luckily for him, he found that something.
A week after his Eighteenth birthday, Stephen stumbled across a small hovel in the middle of a blizzard. With nowhere else to go (and preferring to stay alive for a while longer), Stephen entered it. Inside, he encountered a middle aged man - around his forties. He also encountered a gust of wind propelled from the man's staff, sending him ass first back out into the snow and rendering him unconscious.
When he came to, Stephen was resting on a bed, his possessions gone and head spinning. Bile crept up his throat as he tried to sit up, and he quickly laid right the fuck back down, only to be greeted by a short laugh. The older man introduced himself as Karkana Dravinson, Hedge Wizard extraordinaire. Well, wasn't that some dumb luck?
Stephen quickly began to ramble off about his hopes of becoming a wizard himself, but he was just unsure of what School to settle in! He couldn't pick! Karkana, on his behalf, simply sat and listened to the boy ramble, his gaze resting on the mattress as he absorbed each and every syllable. After Stephen finished, the wise man looked up to him, a smile creasing his stubble clad features, a glint of joy in his eyes.
Karkana had just what Stephen wanted.
You see, Karkana was not one of the regular wizards who harnessed only one school of magic - oh, no. Karkana could do all of them! (except, well, Divine, Necrotic, and Shadow.)
How was he able to do this? Simple! Instead of using his body as a conduit, he used Staves and Blasting Rods to channel a limited amount of power from his body and expand it, allowing him to channel separate types of magic. Though, with this, came the inability to cast only the most basic of spells without a conduit, and the inability to cast the top tier spells without great preparation, for the force of using them would simply shatter the conduit.
Stephen quickly adapted to his new lifestyle of constant training and rune learning, quickly beginning to take in information like a bottomless pit. By the time he was thirty, his master was old and finally christened him a fully fledged wizard, gifting him with a Red ironwood staff engraved with channeling runes, as well as a matching Black ironwood blasting rod.
For years, Stephen traveled the lands, stopping by on a regular basis to visit old friends, family, and even his master, who still lives contently in his cottage, undisturbed save for the occasional woodsman or wandering teen.
And now, Stephen had arrived in Estavyr.
One can't help but wonder what a random Hedge Wizard would be doing in such a place, could they?

- Skills:
Well, that's different... - Stephen isn't a wizard anchored down to one school of magic. Infact, he is able to use spells from every School /except/ Shadow, Necrotic, and Divine. Though, with the wide range of Schools, he's usually (without vast amounts of preparation, atleast) unable to cast the top of the line spells from each School. Also, he's only able to cast the most basic of spells without something to channel with (I.E his staff or blasting rod)
He's like coiled rope! - Stephen isn't a bulky guy. He's tall, sure, but he's lanky.. Wirey.. Spindly. Though, don't take that for lack of weakness. He has a longer reach than the average man, longer stride, and his body is mostly made of muscle. After all, magic comes with its own risks, especially for a wandering wizard like Stephen.
It's okay, trust me, I've mixed it before! - Stephen's dabbled in the art of mixing shit. Is he good at it..? Not particularly! But, you know what they say, practice makes perfect! Until the time he reaches that point, though, Stephen's only really able to make mundane potions, barely even worth selling.

- Deity: Mostly Myros (what can he say, old habits die hard.. Though, the boost of magical energies in Winter certainly helps.)
Weaponry: It's rare to find Stephen without a Red Ironwood staff in hand. This mighty piece of wood would be nigh-on unbreakable, slightly taller than the man wielding it. Along the entire staff, runes would be engraved, the faint lines of runes filled with various types of metal or dried saps. Stephen also keeps a Black Ironwood blasting rod on him at almost every moment, the foot and a half long rod sturdy and engraved with runes, similar to its Redwood counterpart.
Apparel: Stephen's usual attire consists of a wide brimmed travelers hat, and a custom made 'trenchcoat' like article from his homeland of Ostia. The furs were removed, leaving behind a long coat that provides both warmth and concealment. Beneath this, he tends to wear a light leather jerkin and a wool undershirt. His pants are usually simple black-dyed leather, and his boots would fit well, allowing him to stay mobile.
Miscellaneous: Stephen maintains a set of miscellaneous items on him at all time - mostly rings, bracelets, necklaces, and small tokens, bundles of salt and chalk filling his pockets. As can be expected, must have spells or enchantments imbued into them.

I'm... honestly, I don't know how I feel about this. Even if someone came in and said this was totally okay, I don't think I'd go quietly with this.
But, until then, I'm going to wait for a magic authority to come through and give an official opinion on this.

Agreed, different schools of magic have different effects on your body and are all learned in different manners, additionally magic is highly experimental as of now and difficult to learn, to learn so many different schools of spells is eh, yeah.
