Magic:
Divine Aegis: A magical barrier that envelopes the caster and can protect them from physical and magical attacks. Ana can use this spell to deflect up to four hard swings of a weapon or one moderately powerful spell. It takes her about one minute and both hands to cast a full power variant of the spell, while a weaker variant can be cast in 2 seconds or so, but is only capable of deflecting one blow at best.
Healing Hands: A magical spell that a caster can use on themselves or others at close range to heal minor wounds quickly and major wounds slightly faster. Ana can use this spell to heal small cuts and scrapes instantly. Major wounds still require days or weeks to fully heal, but she can slightly speed up the process.

Biography
Anastasie was born into a noble family, with a knighted father and noble mother. When she was five her family welcomed her sister Sophia into the family. She lived a sheltered life typical of a noble but enjoyed spending time with her father, who would often tell stories of his adventures as a hedge knight. She never spent much time with her mother by comparison. She was very scholarly when she was young, and read and learned as often as she could. She devoted her life to the Astanian gods Virgil and Ariel at a very young age, as most Astanian children do. When she was 17 she joined the Grande-Ville Académie d'Astanién by order of her father. He wanted Anastasie to be able to defend herself and fight for Saint-Astan and the gods. She graduated from the Grande-Ville Académie d'Astanién in four years, as is typical. In that time she developed a keen interest in serving the gods' will while forging her own destiny in the world. She opted to be a hedge knight when the time came to choose. She was 21 when she graduated and saw the last of her family as she left her home to began traveling to monasteries, trying to find someone to teach her divine magic. She did eventually find a monk who could teach her, and when the monks asked why she wanted to learn so badly, she eagerly stated that it was in hopes of being closer to Virgil and Ariel. Her status as a hedge knight and her devotion to the gods made it easy for the monks to agree to teach her. After several years of learning and staying with the monks she ventured forth once more, now 25 and skilled in divine magic. She travelled for a year helping towns and villages along her path, eventually finding herself in Estavyr. She is seeking glory and renown in Estavyr, and hopes to slay beasts in the wildlands nearby in order to build a reputation for herself and hopefully become closer to Virgil and Ariel.

I could see that 2 second shield being quite powerful if used in the right situation, but I trust you enough to give this my modest little accept, for whatever it's worth.

I'm up for any criticisms or suggestions, so feel free to give your 2 cents on this.

I'm fine with the aegis spell, as I said in steam, so long as you're willing to RP the strain such an intensive feat might have on the body. I feel you're responsible enough for something like this and with that I'm going to give this a pass and move it on through.
