In light of a recent murder, the Guard garrison stationed in the Syndhal district has urged all townsfolk to lock their doors at night. The culprit is still at large, though the Watch has made locating the murderer it's number one priority. The body was discovered by patrolling guardsmen late into the day. The victim was horribly disfigured with what looks to be a knife. The shape of a bottle was crudely carved into victim's face. Most Watch staff refused to comment on the situation, but one Lieutenant had this to say: "The guard is looking for any and all information relating to the incident. Help us, help you." before returning to his work the same Lieutenant swore "He will be caught, rest assured."
